Ric Morgan will present information he has learned about the Indian attacks in the Elbert County area during 1864 and 1868 along with newly discovered information from the Indian Depredation Claims filed with the government at that time.
The program will be presented at the Elbert Library in Elbert on Thursday October 30th at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come learn more about this fascinating part of Elbert County's history.

Now Open Wednesdays Nights!
The Elbert County Library District has added another evening for the Elbert Library to be open. We are now open Tuesday through Thursday 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. With the Wednesday hours, the Elbert Library will be able to provide even more service and opportunities for the patrons of Elbert.
